Q: How do I clean my stone mat?

  • A: Brush or lightly rinse to remove dust or debris. If surface becomes clogged over time, lightly sand with the included pad in a ventilated area (wear a mask!). Avoid sanding the printed design, as it will be removed.

Q: Are there any care or use precautions?

  • A: Avoid direct sunlight or heat and don't use on heated floors. Avoid colored liquid stains. Don't clean with detergents, as they can cause damage and reduce absorbency. 

Q: Can my stone mat crack or chip?

  • A: Our mats are very sturdy, well packaged, and can handle a beating! None the less, rare cracks or chips can occur from rough handling or shipping. If you notice any damage, please contact our Concierge & Support team immediately - we're happy to help! 

Q: Can my stone mat warp?

  • A: Made from diatomaceous earth with millions of micropores, the mat may warp slightly over time from uneven drying or temperature swings (like during shipping). Just use it upside down for a few days to restore flatness. Contact our Concierge & Support team if needed!

Finally a large stone mat!

I've always been a big fan of these stone mats for how clean they look and how quickly they dry. If they get dirty, simply wipe and scrub them down. If you're lazy, you can just spray them in the shower! Most other mats are all the same size, this is the first I've seen that is significantly larger!

No water damage!

This product came well packaged and undamaged. It dries off on its own and easily, and absorbs more water than my old cloth bath mat did. It also does not leak through the mat like the cloth one did, so I have had no water damage issues. This has been amazing, and I would recommend.

Very happy with this product!!

The bath stone arrived extremely well wrapped and secured. It fit in my bathroom perfectly and looks beautiful! We are loving it and are so happy we found a solution to all our wet bath rugs after our kids take a bath. This is a game changer all while keeping our bathroom looking beautiful! Highly recommend.

Worth it!

I have wanted one of these stone bath mats for a while now, and it has definitely lived up to my expectations! My husband is a bit of a germaphobe, specifically with wet fabric, so this is wonderful for him, it soaks all the water up and looks elegant and beautiful too! Love it :).

Great for heavy use!

While one shower was being remodeled, our family of five was sharing a single shower. The old carpet mat was so wet and disgusting. I tried this mat and will never go back.
