Refund policy
30-DAY RETURN PERIOD
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, in its original packaging, and include the receipt or proof of purchase.
RETURN SHIPPING
Unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
HOW TO START A RETURN
1. Request: Email our concierge team at support@miltonstyles.com with the subject line [Refund Request]. Please include your order number and the reason for your request (with photos if claiming a damaged or defective item).
2. Review: Our team will review your request and confirm if your order is eligible for a return or replacement.
3. Instructions: If approved, we will provide specific return instructions and the appropriate return address. Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.
4. Confirmation: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email and process your refund within 10 business days.
DAMAGES, DEFECTS, AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We are committed to making it right and may offer a replacement or a refund depending on the nature of the issue.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We cannot accept returns on:
- Final sale or clearance items.
- Gift cards.
EXCHANGES
To ensure you receive the desired item as quickly as possible, we recommend completing a return for your original purchase and placing a new order for the replacement item separately.
REFUNDS
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the transaction.
