AVAILABILITY
All orders are subject to product availability. While our inventory is updated regularly, occasional discrepancies may occur. If an item is out of stock after your order is placed, we will contact you to offer a full refund or the option to wait for a restock. We do not ship backorders without your prior confirmation.
WHERE WE SHIP
- We currently ship exclusively within the United States.
- We do not offer international shipping at this time.
SHIPPING OPTIONS & TIMING
We are pleased to offer Complimentary Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States.
- Standard Shipping: Typically 3–5 business days after shipment.
- Note: Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Factors such as weather, carrier delays, and peak seasonal volume may occasionally extend delivery windows.
ORDER PROCESSING & HANDLING
- Processing: Most orders are processed and transferred to our fulfillment partners within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Tracking: Every shipment includes tracking from our warehouse to your door.
- Transit Policy: Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to the recipient. While we are not responsible for carrier delays, lost shipments, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout, our team will always assist you in working with the carrier to resolve any issues.
